When you enter the lobby, it’s quite spacious and crowded. The staf service is excellent. The carpet in the hallway to our room have unplesant smell mau be because old or humid. The room is clean, the wallpaper look old, the room has large space and comfortable. A thing that not comfortable is the room is not sound proof and the bathroom shower is leaked is you turn higher and the water can flooding whole bathroom floor and will feel dirty and wet. The bathtub look old and kind of dirty. The location is very strategy for our meeting, we just need to walk and really save our time in traffic.

To be honest, choosing this hotel just because it’s close to my business 訂房網站 appointments, I was actually quite disappointed since the booking process. The hotel is very old but clean, location is good which is no complaint about on accessibility. However, no phone in the room saying PABX brokers (first time ever I heard of with my 20+ years hotel experiences), you can’t ask for extra bottle of water. Request that none could be attended to on bedding. When we checked in after official check in time that was told room isn’t available. Until I refused to accept as I did have appointment to catch. On the good side, room is spacious but it’s like 30 years old without any renovations. Not sure if I would ever come back staying here again if I visit Jakarta again.

看演唱會訂的酒店，位置特別好，距離雅加達體育場步行5分鐘，印尼體育館15分鐘，想酒店就能看到場館，老牌星級酒店，水質很好，用不到一次性淋浴頭，酒店會提供一大瓶桶裝水

I booked this hotel as it is close to Indonesia Arena. There are two shopping malls nearby. Staff are nice room are big, it is what I just needed. I tried their massage, easy to book, very convenient.

Big old hotel with over 500 rooms and spacious guest rooms. Unfortunately badly maintained with stinky carpets along corridors, poor lighting, with walls and doors crying for a new coat of paint. When the shower was turned on, a gush of dark rust water came out staining the shower cubicle. But the worst is the poor front desk services; lack of staff, long queues, and some (not all) staff with terrible attitudes. I rate it 2-star and certainly not recommended at this price point. 房間設備舊，我房間的防盜門鎖是壞的。沒有提供護髮素，但洗頭水質素並不是好到不用護髮素。隔音並不是很好，房間內的空調及雪櫃會時不時發出怪聲。但早餐質素是好的，職員友善，位置還可以。

We had a great stay at Artotel Gelora Senayan. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The location is excellent, with easy access to malls and the GBK Stadium in the Senayan area where we went for the Linkin Park concert. Whether you're in Jakarta for shopping, events, or just exploring, this hotel is a convenient choice. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend it!
